How to edit and approve time cards

To edit time card data on the Web App, navigate to the Daily Time Card view. Click Edit at the top left of the time card. Once in editing mode, you have a variety of editing capabilities:
  • Add a craft worker or cost code to your time card by clicking Add on the top left, select the worker and cost code you wish to add, click Save
  • Edit hours by clicking any box in the time card grid, type in the correct hours (ST, OT, DT), and click Save
  • Swap a cost code by clicking any code along the top row, this will let you change an incorrect cost code for another cost code
  • Edit absences by clicking the check box to the right of any crew members name, you will be asked to select an absence reason, from there, click Save
Each time you make an edit the changes will show up in the audit trail under the Activity section.

Once your edits are final click 
Approve at the top right of the Activity section to mark that you approve the time card. Each time you approve a time card, it will show up in the audit trail under the Activity section.
