Mobile - Why don’t I see my projects, cost codes and crew members when setting up my time card?

If you do not see your projects, cost codes or employees when setting up your time card there are a few quick steps to troubleshoot.

First, deselect and re-select your project and/or pull down on your list. That will reload your data to make sure you are looking at the latest and greatest.

If that does not solve your issue, please contact your administrator. They can add you to the projects you are working and/or add the cost codes and crew members you need.
